 A lifelong dancer and since 1994 a devotee of Argentine tango,
Chelsea Eng is a full-time professional performer, choreographer and
teacher. As a founding member of Tango Con*Fusión, Chelsea performed
original choreography in the 2006 International Dance Festival-New
York City. She has performed across the U.S., modeled for Dancedress.com and appeared on television in SPARK and
Latin Eyes. Chelsea holds a Master’s Degree in Education – Dance
Specialization from Stanford University and heads the Argentine
Tango Program at City College of San Francisco. She has trained
extensively in Argentina and brings to her tango a foundation in
ballet, modern dance and choreography. Her guest teaching
engagements have spanned Portland, Las Vegas, Seattle, Philadelphia,
Honolulu, San Diego and Los Angeles, as well as a Carnival cruise to
Ensenada, Mexico.
